Taliswitch is a secure communication and workflow platform designed specifically for senior living and post-acute care facilities. It connects your existing systems—EHR, pharmacy networks, document management—into a single, unified view.

Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Step 1: Request Access
Contact your Taliswitch administrator or email sales@dexzyle.com to request credentials.
You'll receive:
- Your organization's workspace URL
- Username and temporary password
- Mobile app download links
Step 2: Access the Platform
Web Access:
- Navigate to
app.dexzyle.com/your-org - Enter your credentials
- Complete two-factor authentication setup
Mobile Access:
- Download from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for "Taliswitch Healthcare"
- Log in with the same credentials
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
On first login, you'll be prompted to:
- Verify your email address
- Set your role and facility preferences
- Enable notification preferences
- Review and accept the BAA (Business Associate Agreement)
Step 4: Explore Key Features
Try these actions to familiarize yourself:
- Messages: Click "Messages" to see conversations with your team
- Prescriptions: View "Rx Status" to check prescription timelines
- Documents: Access recent faxes and attachments in "Documents"
- Search: Use the global search bar to find anything quickly
Core Concepts
Invite-Only Access
Taliswitch uses invite-only access to ensure only verified healthcare professionals can access PHI. Users cannot self-register—all accounts must be created by your organization's administrator.
Role-Based Permissions
Your role determines what you can see and do:
- Nurse: View resident info, messages, Rx status, documents for assigned residents
- Administrator: Full facility access, user management, reporting
- Med Tech: Medication-focused view with delivery and status updates
- Pharmacy: Access to orders, messages, and document uploads
AI Guidance Only
AI features in Taliswitch provide summaries and suggestions but never take autonomous action. All AI output requires human review before any clinical decision.
Your First Tasks
Send a Secure Message
1. Click "New Message" button
2. Select recipient (only verified users appear)
3. Type your message
4. Attach documents if needed
5. Click "Send"
✓ Message encrypted and logged in audit trail
Check Prescription Status
1. Go to "Rx Status" or search for resident
2. View prescription timeline
3. See plain-language status:

⏳ "Pending: waiting for insurance approval"

4. Click "Details" for full activity log
Access Documents
Documents (faxes, orders, lab results) are automatically linked to relevant messages and prescriptions. Click any document icon to preview inline without downloading.

- EHR/eMAR: PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Omnicare (read-only for status sync)
- Pharmacy Networks: SureScripts, PioneerRx, QS/1 (order and status feeds)
