Taliswitch is a secure communication and workflow platform designed specifically for senior living and post-acute care facilities. It connects your existing systems—EHR, pharmacy networks, document management—into a single, unified view.

Key Capabilities

Quick Start (5 Minutes)

Step 1: Request Access

Contact your Taliswitch administrator or email sales@dexzyle.com to request credentials.

You'll receive:

  • Your organization's workspace URL
  • Username and temporary password
  • Mobile app download links

Step 2: Access the Platform

Web Access:

  • Navigate to app.dexzyle.com/your-org
  • Enter your credentials
  • Complete two-factor authentication setup

Mobile Access:

  • Download from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
  • Search for "Taliswitch Healthcare"
  • Log in with the same credentials

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

On first login, you'll be prompted to:

  • Verify your email address
  • Set your role and facility preferences
  • Enable notification preferences
  • Review and accept the BAA (Business Associate Agreement)

Invite-Only Access

Taliswitch uses invite-only access to ensure only verified healthcare professionals can access PHI. Users cannot self-register—all accounts must be created by your organization's administrator.

Role-Based Permissions

Your role determines what you can see and do:

AI Guidance Only

AI features in Taliswitch provide summaries and suggestions but never take autonomous action. All AI output requires human review before any clinical decision.

⚠️ Important: AI summaries are for informational purposes only. Always verify information in source systems before taking clinical action.

Your First Tasks

Send a Secure Message

Example: Sending a message
1. Click "New Message" button
2. Select recipient (only verified users appear)
3. Type your message
4. Attach documents if needed
5. Click "Send"

✓ Message encrypted and logged in audit trail

Check Prescription Status

Example: Checking Rx status
1. Go to "Rx Status" or search for resident
2. View prescription timeline
3. See plain-language status:
   ✓ "Filled, ready for pickup"
   ⏳ "Pending: waiting for insurance approval"

4. Click "Details" for full activity log
