Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Taliswitch is available on iOS and Android:

The mobile app has all the same features as the web version.

How do I check prescription status without calling the pharmacy?

  1. Go to "Rx Status" or search for the resident

Can I send a message to someone outside my organization?

Only if they've been invited to Taliswitch. This is by design—invite-only access ensures only verified healthcare professionals can access PHI. You cannot send messages to arbitrary email addresses or phone numbers.

Does Taliswitch use AI?
